Thanks dude. Yeah, it has been great for me. A new art oulet and building a board at the same time. Right now I do "labor trades" with people. I design, etch, paint, and drill enclosures and source all external features. I typically build two and then send them to someone else who does the insides for me. Then we each keep one. Most of the people doing the circuit stuff have been from the madbeans forum, and lot of builders there also come up with original circuits (like the tremolo, phaser, and octave fuzz on the board). Actually, Jero on this forum, did the echo generator circuit. So basically, anyone capable and that can provide me with something I want.

I am slowly trying to start doing the pedal building solo, but it is a learning process. I am working on a fuzz/boost design right now. I would like to eventually do some small runs (4-5 pedals) of stuff to help fund my addiction haha. But until then, the labor trades have been great at getting me what I want for my board and at the same time getting me some great resources (people) to help me with questions as I start doing the electrical stuff myself ;)

What a lovely idea! I am not good enough at building for my work to be worth the trade deal, but I would love to buy one of those enclosures to put my own build in if that's something you would consider. I love your designs and it's beautiful etching.

I wanna have a second whammy so I can have it set to a different setting and use both at once. like, one will constantly be at +2 octaves, and the other would be doing something else, like Harmony mode or detune, or at +1 octave.

Basically, I want to pitch shift my pitch shifting.

Actually, I have been thinking about selling some enclosures lately in order to help fund some of the builds. In the past people have asked and I have always turned the down for the fact that it takes me a long time to do the designs and etching and for the amount of time I would have to charge a fair amount. HOWEVER, I actually have a current discussion of this topic happening over at the madbeans forum and I am thinking about doing some "group buys" on pedal enclosures. By creating one design and doing a batch at once my time commitment would be a lot less and I could offer some enclosures at reasonable prices I think...still doing some figuring and I am having people let me know what kind of pedals/pcbs they would be most interested in.

That makes sense
I have Whammy HR2 Pitchfactor

I tried to run the HR2 effected out into a bass amp but you can't blend out the dry on that one
Gonna try with the whammy

Dminner's board deserves to be requoted for at least 2 more pages

Well, make sure you advertise on here if it happens, I bet a lot of folks would be into it (I would for sure!).

Well if you guys just want enclosures, I can offer the new reverb one up. The dude building mine as part of a labor trade was a nice enough to say I can offer them to anyone...But they would just be enclosure...I am not building yet (I hope to eventually)

This thing below. But fair warning they are a bit pricey since those giant leds are so damn expensive.

I love them, especially the LEDs! But unfortunately I'm not looking for a reverb so the words stop it from working out. No worries, I can wait for whatever you come up with next if anything, thanks for the offer and explaining all about it. :thumb: :)
