Haha, my friend from Japan sent me a video of them a year ago and just said "FUCK, the loudest, most brutal thing I've ever heard." I've been in love with them ever since.

I don't even know who you are anymore.

And hey, I never was synthy digital guy to begin with. Like playing around with those sounds, but oscillating fuzz > raptio > oscillating fuzz > delay repeat is my game, homes. *massages away butthurt with saliva*

I was worried about the 8 bit quest being abandoned before the princess was rescued. SNES Holocaust seems digital-ish at least in mimicry rather than guitar into Dumble crystal lettuce, so I was concerned. Carry on.

I've been thinking about picking one up since I sold my volca but I feel like the ribbon controller would annoy me

This is super mega embarassing but I totally just learned how to use the Sample and hold function on my Monotribe last night -- up until then I'd been using my index finger on the ribbon to create continuous notes.

Exhausting? Yes. Harder than it should be? Totally. Proof I love Ribbon Controllers? Indubitable!
