AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Sorry....roid rage. lol

hells yea man. Time to do some deadlifts!

I honestly haven't done deads in so fucking long. LOL.

You're all crossfit like and I'm all bodybuilder like. We come from different paths but we both are iron addicts at the end of the day.

POSE OFF!!!! :) lol My buddy used to say that to me constantly. We'd argue and he'd be like "alright, right now, pose off!" hahaha

I love lifting heavy, but cutting weight has made me a pussy. :( I can only comfortably leg press a thousand pounds now. :( LOL

Neon get yo ass to the gym brother! Time to go to church! The church of the swollie! :)

And Nick, I see your lifting on the Dunwich Instagram. That shit is insane. My back gives out just watching it.

Its all about building up strength over time, you can start very low and work up the muscle. I wouldnt recommend olympic lifting training so much tho for the average person. The basic squat, bench, dead, press, row kind of thing is awesome for just getting stronger.

I didn't used to though.

I should say that I have gained muscle mass but overall not much compared to the raw strength numbers (we are veering into the doom workout thread territory here!). I am all about low volume, high intensity which is not super useful for hypertrophy.

OH it can be though! Just depends on what you're doing with your nutrition. Like right now, I'm never really over 12 reps, but I know you're probably meaning 3-5 or 6. Powerlifting style. Which is fun as shit. I love throwing weight around. Nothing makes you feel better! haha. I hate high rep stuff, but I have to do it this close to show time. Sigh. Gotta look good in that banana hammock. hahaha

We ought to have an ILF workout meet. That would be so fun.

Usually 1-3 reps on most movements, technical lifts like snatch and c/j are hard to maintain once the rep range is like 3+ esp at any kind of decent percentage.

Incoming: Iskrem Cat'o'dyne high voltage tube preamp. It's a big Matamp GT120 in a small(ish) box. 300V so it's not beer spillage friendly
