Re: Electrical Guitar Company Guitars
Thanks guys. I am determined to make a video of it for youtube since there's not a ton out there, and I'll post it here as well. I'd like to be able to help folks out who are curious about EGC as far as tones are concerned.

Oh man, you're gonna love that guitar! I've owned a bunch of great guitars over the years but nothing quite as awesome as my EGC.strat87 wrote:Thanks guys. What pickup switching did you go with? 5-way? Or push/pull pot plus 5-way to get even more configurations?

It's 5-way, although I may end up doing a push/pull for the neck to get an all-on and neck/bridge comboHoly Schnikes wrote:Oh man, you're gonna love that guitar! I think some folks waited more on the course of years for some of the crazier customs.Greenfuz wrote:the wait for an egc is supposed to be a bitch right

It's worth the wait.
I waited just shy of a year for my first one, and I'm just over a year and counting for my second one.
The way I look at it: it gives me more time save up!

I waited over a year and a half for mine, it came wired incorrectly, sent it back, then I had it for a week, and sold it.PetZounds wrote:I think some folks waited more on the course of years for some of the crazier customs.Greenfuz wrote:the wait for an egc is supposed to be a bitch right

Yes
The wait wore off the sheen of the whole custom guitar thing, for me.

Hey! Let's talk about serious thing. We're gonna talk about guitar, dude.
