with these big boxes you often expect large internals with industrial build quality....

these look a bit empty :(

Scored a Miku Stomp for $154 shipped! Yay me! Also, swapped a Tap Tempo Tremolo from a buddy and I have a bead on a DR 770. Industrial never sounded so wrong.

So is that guy distinct from a Megalith but without the "More" boost? When I cloned a Megalith, I thought about messing with a non-boost one in the future, so it made sense when I saw that they do this one.

Yeah, no input or "more" control, otherwise I believe they are the same circuit...but i could be wrong and haven't had the chance to try them out side by side.

yeah i have noticed all of his circuit boards are tiny, but I personally love the large box aesthetic. As mentioned he's putting all his pedals in smaller cases now.

Nah it's the same circuit. Look at Mountainkins website. They even have (or at least last I checked) had the manual for the Megalith on the Heavy Machine.

The drum machine got away, but an Industrialectric RM-1N is on the way!!! I told Andrew that I wish he would make a tremolo so my industrial board could be all Industrialectric, but he didn't bite, yet.

Yeah I wouldn't mind an all Industrialectric board as well. I got an echo degrader with an RM 1N running before and after it and it is heaven. Sweet droney heaven.

The Heavy Machine and Megalith sound pretty similar, but Alan has told me they are different circuits a few years ago. The current revision of the Heavy Machine (not pictured on the website) is even more similar to the Megalith, with a distortion amount knob and an extra gain toggle. The Heavy Machine is however the same exact circuit as the Huge Box, but with a different filter section.

Back when I had a Gibson RD Artist I had both the Megalith and the Heavy Machine. The RD got RF noise pretty bad at my apartment. The Heavy Machine would make the radio noise way way louder, the Megalith didnt... not sure if that says anything or not but I've always felt they were similar but not the same.

I hope you put the reverberation machine in the superego loop immediately.

That reverberation machine is #1 on my list. Let us know how it sounds with bass.

To be honest I'm not liking the character of the 'altitude' ∆ knob. With my bass (which is a bit hot to be fair) it sounds blatty and blown. Otherwise sounds great but the gainy 'verb was the point of it for me. Will flip.

The Superego on the other hand is
Not sure how I lived without one.

Go with the industrialectric reverb maybe?

I would call dibs on the DBA verb but my tax return will be a few weeks and I don't want to keep you waiting forever again haha.
