Yes, the PH-3 is great! I don't regret having bought this one new when it came out. I love to play synth strings through the Rise and Fall modes. I like this one more than the PH-2.
The tape degradation simulation really does sound sweet, especially in the looping mode (which admittedly is half the reason I want on again). Plus there's the bonus for spring reverb built in.

Honestly, the degradation effects are kind of a novelty. I think the first time I had this I used them to the max and kind of bored myself (and also I wanted money. lets be honest ). But I think I will definitely be happy to have that sound back and use it a bit more sparingly.

I live in Michigan. 45-minutes from Lake Michigan. It's the middle of November. My wife had to do some snow shoveling this morning. She didn't really have to do any last year. I came home to this.

It does indeed. Ridiculously good for how much they go for. Mine has maybe permanently derailed my lust for an ADA Flanger, which a vintage MXR Flanger didn't.
