Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
This is my current rig, post-move, pre-picking up my old stuff. I tried to wait until I could go back for my stuff, but I really needed to play. I originally got a Squier Surfcaster, but the volume pot was fucked up and they said they would order me a whole new guitar. I didn't want to wait, so I played half the guitars in the place. The guy behind the counter told me he knew exactly what I needed. He put a 2012 American Standard Stratocaster, Candy Cola, new-old stock, marked down $350. It was still more than the Squier, but as soon I put my hands on it, I knew I needed it. The setup was perfect and it sounded amazing clean through a Vox.
There is a bit of symmetry, because my very first rig was a Squier Strat, a Fender Bullet 15 amp, and a Green Russian Big Muff. I'm really shocked by how good this NYC Muff sounds. I guess I expected it to suck, but it sounds great for the power chord shenanigans that I have been up to. I doubt I'll feel the same when I have my other fuzzes to compare it to, but for now it is perfect.

Since I've gotten my jazzmaster I have tweaking and swapping and tweaking and swapping and tweaking... finally got a good fuzz line up. Mind Eraser into Elements is sooooo so good.

The Xero is awesome... and very awesome with dirt (especially The Elements and Unpleasant Surprise).

Awww, thanks. I had to reevaluate what parts of my internet life to keep. Instagram and Tumblr, yes, Reddit, no. I also needed to get a guitar before I could hang out here and not feel depressed.
