Vintage two knob Hotcake,
Wampler Triple Wreck

Been after a hotcake for a while, and this tym blog post was gas inducing:
http://www.tymguitars.com.au/blogs/blog ... r-hotcakes

I've been doing some really half ass metal riffing lately, and the wampler came up for a steal. I like the idea of the fuzzy boost that can make it a bit messier than just super tight metal tone.

With a bright amp the hotcake is great. I dig it as a coloured boost/light OD. :thumb:
Also half ass metal riffing :thumb:

Incoming: Vox Pathfinder 10 (the AC30HW is just too loud at home, got this and some headphones to play at the house since my neighbors have an infant).
Also, heat gun and putty knives to begin stripping my telecaster. I hate red, going to go with either an ice blue mist or dark green with a matching headstock. Probably just grab a new neck for this project from wildwood. Thinking Bigsby with a roller bridge to go with it, although I'm very open to you guys' input on what I should do to it.
Good deals with: Officer Bukowski, Caesar, BriBri, Amorphous, ThePastRecedes

MUHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA IT'S FINISHED!!

It's a ZVEX machine into a Fuzzrite, independently switchable. And it sounds beautifully hideous.

Circuit by Scruffie, etch by Laowiz, wiring and assembly by me.
