Two drummers is always unnecessary.
The joke at the time when Kylesa announced that they were adding a second drummer was that they would always have one on reserve because they used to go through them pretty fast. Anyways, that band blows and the people in that band that I've had any dealings with over the last few years suck, too. Especially Laura.

HEY I LIVE IN WILMINGTON! What company do they own? Wilmington is a pretty sweet place to be, but it's smaller than it pretends to be and much more expensive than it rightfully should be.

That's pretty much what I do. I love meeting bros from the forums, but it feels so fucking nerdy walking up to folks and being like "OH HAI! WE ARE FRIENDS ON THE INTERNET!!!"

And on the subject of Whores. Awesome news on the Melvins and the other big shit coming up.

Yep. I love my kid and I would kill and/or die for her, but this is the most thankless, exhausting shit I have ever done in my life.

^ Fucking troof. My little shithead drives me nuts and sometimes makes me wanna squeeze his neck until his eyes pop out. Then I just laugh because he reminds me of myself when I was his age and then we eat ice cream and watch White Zombie videos together.

1. I love finding strippers like that. I'm way overdue for a titty bar trip.
2. I hope my kid is a rad as yours once she can talk and whatnot.

Wilmington bro! Wish I would have known last summer. We could have been jamming all the time while our kids had play dates! And then gone to the strip club! Even though my wife was there, I had a severe titty shortage over the summer.

They actually own the one on the Carolina Beach boardwalk. We stayed on the island all summer which was a bad idea. Nothing to do but drink smoke and eat. Managed to save no money at all.

Right on man! Carolina Beach is definitely a lot better than Wrightsville - far fewer rich douchers on CB. Hit me up if you find your way back this summer and we will get some beers and/or jam and leave our children somewhere unattended.

Sorry, buddy. Been having consistently shitty experiences with them for almost ten years. Unless they thought it was to their benefit to be nice.

Anyhow, Roadburn was great. I think. I spent the whole day at our merch table.

You aren't the first person that I've heard say those exact things as well about em.

Not to detract from the cats but I have a little pole in ze shark tank about some patches if you guys could spare a moment of your time to give opinions!

Patch Voting etc etc etc

I figure instead of stickers I'd include patches because they are better!

So decided to update the rough version of a track we had on my bands bandcamp with a new unmastered, unmixed, scratch vocals version of the track from our recent recording sesh. Which was awesom! recorded all 80 mintues worth of the instruments and guitar overdubs in a 20 hour timespan. We still have some more vocals to do and that date is booked for early June.

Also, this song is a great sample of my bass tone for the album...Ric into Peavey Vulcan straight in with built in fuzz into a unknown 415 and my Dunwich DI clean powering the power section of a sunn concert bass in to a 118.
Rev. DOOM, The Dude of DOOM, DOOMER, El DOOMerino, if you're not into the whole brevity thing...

Drunk and figured I'd post the single for my solo project here, not very doomy but has some post-metal connotations that I feel a few of you might care about in the slightest.

Fake drums are the bane of my fucking existence so it makes me hate this song in its entirety, especially the intro, but I've gotten some good feedback so I figured I'd put out the single before I finish the EP as a whole.

Any and all feedback appreciated.
