Like most of you's I am a spark looking for a bit of space to stretch out and taste time, unity and the void.
My life revolves around the land here. Organic orchard owner & manager. Working a few days a week at a unique intellectually challenged community building a nursery to plant out a wetlands area on the property.
My life/rig/gear in the summer is usually spent in a shop for pick your own plum sales. Hence it is a small setup and where I find time to just jam out. Off summer time I am noodling with a more robust setup. I adore the banjo and find it at the heart of what I create sonically. The instrument can be type cast as a back woods hillbilly but its roots are firmly in Africa. To stand back see its breadth is quite beautiful in my opinion.
All my gear is packed away currently as I am renovating a cow shed here on the land. I do have one banjo here, Gold Tone open back model. I miss my amps and just purchased two Peavey Stereo Chorus amps, 210 & a 212. I have not even plugged them in yet as I am putting together a project where I can finally attempt to record some sounds.
I was pointed to this community by Curt Malouine from Red Panda. To me the Tensor pedal is Funki Porcini in a pedal. I understand there is the Montreal Assembly pedal but I have not explored that pedal yet. Speaking of pedals I cannot living without the S.A. EQ2. . . bread and butter.
man this is wild, haven't been active on here in a loong time but getting back into pedal building after almost a decade. wanted to say hey to my fav forum again
