Wow, I was interested in the FSR 50s Jazzies, but that purple . . .

Ordered a Collision Devices Black Hole Symmetry.
It is by a French builder. Fuzz and Reverb. And it has a foot switch labeled "event horizon". What can possibly go wrong?

@Paul that color/guitar combo is gorgeous!!

You know when something happens and your whole gear-related plans go to hell?
It happened today.

I will probably regret this in a matter of hours but.. new guitar incoming, and it's definitely NOT the Squier Jazzmaster i was planning to buy, actually it couldn't be more different from that one.

(don't worry satan, Pedge is still going on, this was totally unexpected and there's no way you're gifting me this guitar :idk: :animal: )

Back in the gold old ILF days, I remember when Brian first made these.

Speaking of old school, my lust for a sludgy as fuck fuzz persists - I have REALLY been missing my Mountain King Megalith and Dwarfcraft ECT - both are fucking rippers which I should have never flipped.

I also realize I have a lot of rad gear :snax: - new plan is to have my Jazz Bass and my EVH out and tucked away so I can get them at any time. I am really motivated to play 20 - 30 min a day with out fail - I have had my EVH out down stairs and just staring at it makes me want to pick it up. I have had a few random GAS attacks here and there and though of trading it in but its too fucking rad to give away ( good enough to be berried with Dimbag, good enough for me)

The new plan is to retune my EVH to E flat ( slayer and VH turning) and use it when I want to shred the gnar and then get two more guitars for riffing  - six instruments is the maximum I can get away with and I may have to hide the others.

and because I am turning 40 I may just blow the load and get a dunnable.

Rather than consider the sales as payment for the Beebos, I've gone completely mad and bought a guitar (the first in a very long time).

A Squier Classic Vibe 70s Jaguar in a Ltd. Ed colour - metallic purple.

No, there's a shell pink 60s version with a matching headstock but the purple one is plain.

It arrived today and other than needing a set up and some fret polishing (they were very scratchy) it's very nice indeed.

Finally it's here: the BSRI Audio TFZ!
And with this one, I think have now enough new pedal to mangle sounds for a while!
First impression: Amazing!
Controls are super interactive, it reacts very well to playing dynamics, can be feed with guitars, electronics, whatever you want it to distort!
It does beautiful sounds, hugly sounds... anything in between!
