I was eyeing that orange Heck, Jiro!
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

Hmm. Yeah I guess it's not a million miles off? Definitely similar ballpark, though I no longer have both around to compare 1:1

I've had fantastic compressors (FEA, Empress, etc.) and I have never really managed to do anything interesting with them so apparently they are fantastic when you are not like me but, alas, I am who I am and I sold them all.

I blame the GAS for this.

This Okko one apparently doesn't limit peaks but levels up the notes that are quieter... I think some of the others were supposed to do that to... Whatever.

Marketing or reality? do I need this or not? Is white a color? Will my pedalboard become invisible if I have too many white pedz on it? There is only one way to find out... I'm stepping into the unknown (or it's just another comp and it's going to be deja-vu)

The GAS made me do it.

The Accountant has been on my board for a while, but I mostly use it when playing bass at rehearsal. It's just like "there it is, sounds legit." Yeeeah it's a good one.

I'm tipsy, high and feeling the disease tonight, but more or less over GASing for pedals? Still like them and will keep everything (miiiight buy/build a couple more) but there's nothing that can help me anymore except improving skill-wise. Normie take, but exercising and taking care of my body and mind would honestly be the best thing. I'll probably still be a degenerate but maybe in a healthier (and cheaper) way. It's not even new years yet, I know!!

Only things I'm looking at right now is mics, recording equipment and such. Might order a mic stand or two later on :excellent:

I'm not far off having all of the pedals, synths and guitars I need.

So thoughts are turning towards getting a small (probably 4 piece, 16/18"BD) drum kit. :)

Do it mate! It's really fucking fun. My kick is 22" or 20"... don't remember exactly, never actually measured it in inches. But anyway, I recommend getting one around that size if you have room for it. You can (should) always put a blanket/pillow inside and dampen it, but a larger drum will give a more satisfying thump still. In my opinion (I also like a relatively big hole in the front head).

I only have experience with older Tama (which I have), Pearl and Ludwig kits, those are always solid brands. Of course the heads and cymbals will make a big difference, so don't skimp on those. Cheap cymbals sound horrible.

I had this thought earlier in the year. The only reason I still haven't grabbed a kit is the whole pandemic; still a bit wary meeting up with random strangers. Especially now that the province us going back into lockdown.

I accidentally bought a T-60. "That's an interesting guitar I've never actually tried and it's got humbuckers but they're heavy as shit and oh hey here's one at that's 7.5 pounds but the necks are supposed to be weirdly skinny but hey if I hate it I can just get a Musikraft replacement neck or... aluminum"
