I used to play with a guy that flopped his soft case open like that too. Always reminded me of fucking with your pants on. Still does.

It’s purely laziness. I bring my board home a lot to practice with it.

Here's my current bass rig for our upcoming show. 2 DOD Death Metals into a crybaby mini wah > minifooger ring mod > gonkulator > DD7

I run it into a Peavey MKIV with an Ampeg 810 and a Peavey MKVI into a 410&15 cab. No guitar player.

EDIT: The volume is low on the DODs because I took this pic at home not because I'm some kind of low volume loving psycho....

I like this, especially with the "No guitar player" part but also the cab situation.

What patches do you go for on Fabrikat and Form2?

I’ve got a Peavey 215 as well but one of the speakers needs to be repaired. Once I can run all that everyone will die.

Thanks, Cherler!

OAM: The FORM2 is just there because my RM-1N is acting up after 4 years of service, so I'm only using it for dirty pre-everything verb until I fix whatever is wrong with the RM. On Fabrikat I use B1P1, B1P4 B1P8, B2P2 and B2P6 the most, but I'm still getting to know everything it can do, so that's likely to change. :)*

You have one of them, right? What do you find yourself using the most?

Our band's Hammond is out of action right now, so our keys player is using a sub (Elka x-50 I think) and I threw together this board for him. It's actually a pretty ace guitar board. Might use it for any acoustic gigs in future.

Edit: I realise that in the wake of all this behringer hoo-ha that showing off a joyo sansamp ripoff is probably insensitive. I can't claim to always be a good supporter of gear I like - I mainly buy secondhand, but the stuff I really like I try and post about it on forums or instagram. It's confusing and I'm definitely split as to which way my priorities lean, but I try to find a balance. It sounds corny but I want to try and worry less and focus on being productive with what I have.

Oh, and the board itself is an ikea chopping board. £3 for two, this is the smaller one. The other one would fit probably 3-4 pedals.

 way to go! A Peavey 3620 might be worth a thought as well?

I use it all the time but for the band I’m playing with it just won’t really add anything aside from looking cool

Flash review: it’s excellent

Haha yea I figured you were still using it in some fashion. I’ve read your praises of it elsewhere on here, but you’re the only one around here currently with one it seems. Time for me to remedy that I suppose :snax: Might hit them up for that AND one of the fuzzes they are working on.
