My phone screen was basically unusable, but now it's gone for good. The replacement one I installed either didn't work, I broke it, or some other core part of my phone is fucked. Blehhhhhhh.

I've trying to start college at 32 with no idea what I'm doing and its making me feel so fucking stupid. I just found out today that I'm eligible for enough financial aid to cover the year of courses I want to take to get a job beyond manual labor. For a second I could see myself sitting at a desk in some khakis complaining about TPS reports. Then he explained that by "aid" he meant loans. Big fat ones. MOTHERFUCKER, THATS NOT WHAT THAT WORD MEANS. Anyway, I hope somebody gets a laugh out of how naive I am.

Far from it man. This happens to students all the time. The reason the burslar office is a full time operation is because students constantly dispute what they thought was supposed to be paid. Institutions use vague terms hoping to bait you because...it's all a racket. Cynicism aside, good for you for going back to school. I'm sure it will be a great experience if you can circumnavigate the toxic bureaucracy.

I went back at 33, got divorced at 35, graduated at 37.. I know it's scary as fuck dawg. You can do it. You have to take like 2 years of manure classes anyway so you'll probs have some time to think about it, but I'd decide if you want to pursue anything that uses math right away and get that going if so.

Man oh man. Yesterday was fucked.

So three things happened.

My grandma fell on her face, tore herself up real bad and we thought she’d broke her hip. Thankfully she walked away with just stitches and an enormous goose egg. Poor woman.

Then I got side swiped and the person literally sped off. I tried to stop them and actually get their plates but the flew across a lane of traffic to avoid me.

Also found out one of my good gal friends was raped by a guy I know from the gym. I convinced her to file a report and the police wouldn’t give her a fucking protection order. Insane.

Fuck this week.

I really came SO close to getting in a bar fight tonight and I swear I would've made sure I wasn't the one who ended up in hospital but surely that would've simultaneously landed me in jail and I do NOT want to have another run in with the law like that...

But obviously all that jwar just mentioned is on another level of bad :(

Grand Ma rushed to the hospital again. Oxygen levels going down for some reason. Her husband, my grandpa went in on 12/24 almost a decade ago and died. I am beside myself with grief. On the way to the hospital right now with my wife (she’s driving). Pray for us if you pray please. Thoughts and well wish are also appreciated. This fucking sucks.

Pretty sure I've got a certified letter from the IRS saying they're gonna start stealing money from my bank, because I haven't paid the $1000 in taxes from this year, waiting at the Post Office.

aw fuck. i had to deal with that a couple of times between 2010 and 2015. first it was California, and then the Feds. you may be able to call them and get them to hold off.
