Hey Scott, do you maybe have a rough estimate on the next CT5 run? Got a sweet offer for mine and I want to see how long it'd take to replace it. Thanks!

ha well i found out this year Canadian thanksgiving is the same day as Columbus day in the states. nice contrast there.

Also, not that I need to explain myself, but if you guys think that buying with the sole intent of flipping is the same as getting an offer you can't refuse more than a year after the purchase, well... :erm:
