The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

This course, a perpetual alternation of determining what is true, and then setting aside this determining, constitutes, strictly speaking, the steady everyday life and activity of perpetual consciousness, a consciousness which fancies itself to be moving in the realm of truth.

I have the same sort of thing on the back of my tabletop. I haven't grown sick of it yet, but it makes me squint whenever I play in lesser lit rooms.samzadgan wrote:probably...i also think it will be a novelty thing, and it will wear off.UglyCasanova wrote:That looks cool as hell, but it makes me wonder if you actually will have a harder time seeing your pedals now.samzadgan wrote:i did some stupid shit last night...
the good news is that the LED's dont add any noise to the signal...but yeah..lets wait a month and see if its still on there.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Current synth/main pedal rig:

CT5 is by itself in one FX loop, Avalanche Run in another FX loop feeds one channel of the Ditto X4, and a third FX loop feeds the second channel on the Ditto. What's kinda great about that is that I can lay down a bunch of drones or whatever using one FX loop/Ditto X4 channel, feed that into a modular patch//and or CT5, then loop that with the other channel of Ditto. Or they can all be used in parallel with one another!
Bass//Guitar board:

Each LS-2 is connected to one of the three FX loops on the modular. Usually I run the first one as a gain stage (either a Fuzz Factory or Flight of Harmony Plague Bearer), the second for EQ and other effects you'd want before an amp or amp-like stage, and the third is placed after the EQD Talons and is for quasi-post-preamp action. ZVex Instant Lo-Fi Junky is often used here because it can be tamed into being a great wobbly chorus/flange.

I play guitar and modular synthesizer in Juggable Offense.

I'll do my best haha
You've got four gain stages, one mosfet based and the other three are sub-mini tubes. There's a WASP filter, so you can do resonant low pass, high pass, band pass, and notch filters and put that in between any of the gain stages or multiple at once to make cool feedback loops. Finally you have some frequency modulation that takes output and uses it to modulate the cutoff frequency I think. Someone should swoop in and correct me where I'm wrong
I use mine with a resonant high pass filter and a really low cut off frequency for this huge intermodulated fuzz sound that I fucking love.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I have like 10 pedals on the way so this will change a lot, but here is an update. (The Wonderlove is leaving as soon as I get the Joshwah. The VTF is probably going into a drawer soon too, especially since the moog board needs to have some space to manage the patch cables better.).

FM sends your output back into the input of the filter (positive or negative) for silly oscillatory goodness. Not quite sure if it's additive or multiplicative or what but it's rad.cherler wrote:Finally you have some frequency modulation that takes output and uses it to modulate the cutoff frequency I think..
It has cured me of dirt GAS almost entirely. I feed it into a mini-Gnomeratron and occasionally hit it with a SubFuzz. Pretty Years also loves getting slammed with dang near everything. It's perfect.
I modded a VPjr into a CV expression pedal for mad sweeps. PY can match almost any other type of distortion.
