After getting stung by a wasp last week for absolutely no reason other than wasps are bastards, three wasps somehow managed to get into my house and terrorize me for a solid two hours.
They kept disappearing then divebombing me in an attempt to sting me. I killed two but the third stung me then mysteriously disappeared. :flame:

 for all you dudes!

My broken-ass picking hand/wrist/arm is seriously heart-wrenching some days. I can pretty much only strum without discomfort. Some days it's fine and I can pick comfortably.... but MOST days it's a tight, painful mess and I can barely pick. I've been trying every picking technique I can find, playing to a metronome so I don't try to play too fast, stretching, warming up..... Before everyone tells me (again) to go to a therapist, I'll say that I went to an orthopedic Dr when I had tendonitis and he was seriously ZERO help. I've had massage therapists and an osteopath look at it. I've tried trigger-point therapy, hot/cold treatment..... fuck.

My fretting hand works fine, but the picking hand.... At this point I'm seriously considering teaching myself to play left-handed. This is getting to be depressing on some days.

There's the inverse, too: people who reply all and really shouldn't. Just answer the originator's query that has no relevance to anyone else and leave the rest of us alone. We're trying to get work done. Worse, still: reply-all to the whole business unit in what is a sustained conversation between just two people with read receipt requests.
I have those as well. All users emails "I am leaving for the rest of the day." shit. I haven't had the heart to respond "No one cares." but I've gotten close a few times. No reason why we don't just shut down people having access to all users but my pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

I just looked at my bank account, I really spend money when I want to drown out all of reality. Cancer sucks, etc.

After hours of reading stuff on the internet, I came across something I'd read about and somehow forgotten or let slip to the back of my mind...

Until I go to some qualified doctor to confirm a diagnosis (whenever I get the $$ to .....stupid money  ) I am 90% convinced I have focal dystonia.

I have a short somewhere in my build and I can't fucking figure out where it is. I think the voltage regulator blew out as well because it's readings are so asinine I have no other thing to believe than it's bad. (.3V on input, 0V on out  )

Don't know how I'm going to unsolder that fucking thing.

If you're just scrapping a component, it's easiest to cut the component off the leads with flush cutters or whatever, and then you just have to heat and pull each lead individually instead of trying to do them simultaneously.

The thing is, I don't know if I can honestly say it's the regulator. Those things have shit built in specifically for these kinds of failures. I just can't find this short for the life of me. Might just turn on the heat gun and go over my whole board with it (minus the TSSOP chips which I somehow magically didn't fuck up like 10 of)
