i've had literally hundreds of new goodies since checking in last.

i'll just bring this pic for now though, a prototype PH-1 with an old employees name instead of a serial number.

For some reason, I find that oddly intriguing. You should go on a quest to Japan to meet this Naoto, who you will probably find at the summit of some mountain that you will have to scale to prove your worthiness as a noise ronin.

I love the delay on my Bit Quest and always want another for more experimentation. What settings are you using?

It's my main reverb, so one is going on the floor board, the other one on the tabletop. On the floor board (where I've had one for two years or so) I also use it as a pitch shifter, bitcrusher and dirty ring mod, all with expression control. On the tabletop, it will probably be used as a reverb only because CONSISTENCY!

i actually had the guys at Boss Japan look at it (including one of their old technical engineers that actually designed the Boss compact pedal enclosure.. you know, the one that 10 million pedals use.. ) and they said it was likely made by an employee for himself. unfortunately nobody knew who he was, and he was forgotten. his only legacy is this one pedal. RIP.

Though I found the original "Civil Muff" aesthetic more appealing, this was difficult to resist:

The only bummer at first glance is the lack of battery power, so I may also grab a battery to DC adapter.
