Piano is awesome tho. I used to play piano before i started guitar and then neglected it for several years and lost most of my ability, seriously regret that.
The number of pianists that aren't overly theory-polluted through classical or jazz indoctrination is kind of depressingly low so there's a niche to be filled if you're into it.
Also piano through delay and reverb pedals is so much fun.

My wife is deep into nail polish, almost as much as I am into pedals. I let her paint my nails whenever, it's always good to experience what your SO is passionate about.


I have no idea what kind of music I want to play and it's freaking me out in a bad way. It's like every time I sit down to write I go so many places I never end up going anywhere.

I suck at flirting. And generally at everyday human communication. I used to be good at deep thinking, but now I really don't feel like talking about those kinds of things. I'm kinda in the "hi there, I wanna fuck you" phase. I've got a few conflicting thoughts about it: "ok, no, u whore", "you're not good looking/strong/cute enough" and "what if I miss my soul mate while using these girls to jerk off?"


Sometimes I feel like I'm afraid of life. I just managed to formulate this, long established fear, a few days ago when doing stretching. U know the pain in the muscles when u stretch? Or when u do a lot of pushups and just feel weakness at some point, even tho u know u can do more? Well, I've been terrified of that a lot of my life; not going past 10 pushups or not committing to stretching ever.

Idk where these bs beliefs come from. I don't like them.
But I'm kicking ass in stretching now tho

I've been spending a ton of time on muffwiggler as I get more and more into modular synths and as much as the information is great it is such an awful place to hang out. They all have the same sense of humour my dad and all his friends have and it's a nails on the chalkboard experience for me. You guys conversation style is so fun in comparison I love it

I've lurked there a bit, not enough to really get the complete vibe, but definitely not the same as here. It's helped me avoid the modular rabbit hole that I haven't really taken to that place, though. It's bad enough what I pick up around here, and all the LAL/Seppuku/Hexe/SonicCrayon/Dr.Scientist/Chasebliss/MTL.ASM/etc. lust is not for the faint of wallet.
