Aren't you supposed to do a setup when you get a new instrument anyway ? So that it's done according to your specific needs...

And btw, recent Squier stuff is of pretty good quality apparently.

Romferd arrived today (in NY) only 5 days after I ordered it. From Norway. Faster than Musician's Friend!

basically this: http://www.thomann.de/se/fender_jmascis_jazzmaster.htm

i think the price is very reasonable, but i refuse to buy another guitar that plays anything less than perfect. i've had setup issues with every guitar i've ever had, sigh.

If I bought a guitar right now it would be a baritone, and that's all your fault. I guess it'll be a conversion neck type thing or the Hagström Bari because I feel like all other baritones are so pointy and metally.

If I got a new guit it would have to be the Brent Hinds Epiphone V.

Yeah, when Bobby put the close out in BST I kept going back to the thread and kept looking at pics of the blue one over and over and over. i just bought a newish car last month and it's my first time with car payments so I was wary but then decided I could not pass it up. Will never have regrets as it's just perfect for me right now. Plays beautifully out of the box and can't wait to really crank it this weekend. Now I just need to get my Traynor fixed!

I accidentally bought a KORG CX-3 vintage stage organ that needs some overhauling. My wife who received the eBay "Congratulations" e-mail shouted at me why on Earth I didn't tell her that I was going to buy something. I simply didn't expect the organ to sell for such a low price ...
