Definitely interested in seeing how these new songs translate live when I see 'em next week. Also, I really don't know why they choose to go with the middle school esque cover art when they have all these rad visuals going on in the videos that have been released thus far.

I anticipate the live versions being good. Haven't seen them live, but all the bootlegs I've watched seemed pretty great. The cover art weirded me out too--I thought it was going to be an april fool's day joke when I first saw it. There seem to be a lot of strange choices going into this ablum, but maybe there's some magic that will happen when I listen to the whole album I remember hating Change my Head when it was dropped, but I'm liking a bit more with Brainwasher and Soft Scene as context.

Also, true Maine-iacs (at least the ones in my neck of the woods) produced it more like "Banguh" (not quite as heavy as the Bostonian "BangOAh"), which kind of works a little better with the joke.
