Yeah if you like the way GKs sound there's absolutely no beating them at the pricepoint or otherwise.

My experience with solid state peaveys taught me that i like a certain amount of tone coloring, but it has to sound pretty specific. Turns out the 800rb into 8x10 is pretty close to "what I hear in my head," or whatever. I would hazard a guess that it was probably a pretty common rig for a lot of music I listened to. but it also is a good sound and I am excited to see how different overdrives affect it.
