I am kind of lightly dying to know what exactly the patchulator is doing in that setup exactly.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
holy crap,
so many questions
I understand the patch bay but how much swapping are you doing?
also: what are those cool flat patch cables?
Also: It means double the amount of cables with the patch bay right?
also: Is the bay quiet?
ANy tone loss with all those TB Pedals and the passive swap box?
please answer at your convenience

"Amp in a box"?
No, there's no amp in there - tone fairies and feedback goblins live inside this box.

Likely EBS cables, Swedish bass brand. Got those too.

Great cables for the money. I have a ton of them.
Best Bass Gear used to be the only game in town for those, now full compass has them for cheap, but Bass Strings Online is the best source for those now. Cheap and cheap shipping.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Thanks, guys!
Like CD's, cellphones, digital cameras, and fuel injection, I'm usually the last person I know to adopt new ways of doing things. Since I don't play out, I never saw the need for a pedalboard. However, once I got my Pedaltrain, I've found I love the organization, portability, and security that it provides. My big problem with it, though, is that I'm almost constantly swapping out pedals and changing order. My old trusty 6" patch cables have made that a real bitch of a chore. Now, with the help of the Patchulator, and the EBS cables recommended by neonblack*, I can route pretty much any instrument(s) and pedals, any way I like, in a jiffy. I've recently gotten the Patchulator, as a X-mas gift, and just wired it up before snapping that picture. The construction is good. No complaints there. But, the $100,000 question of if I will notice tone loss will have to wait until I've had a chance to spend some time with it.
*If you're in the States, and interested in the EBS cables, be sure to look on fullcompass. I saved around $40 on the 16 I ordered, compared to bestbassgear.

Curious about this too, do share when you've spent some time! I'm also a obsessive compulsive signal chain swapper. Dirt before dirt, dirt after dirt, dirt between dirts. SKY'S THE LIMIT.
