FS, we could have a pizza together buddy, I like your style! Pineapples, jalapenos, and pepperoni is an amazing combo! Whenever I try new pizza I always go for pepperoni and mushroom, it's my default indicator of how good a pizza is. Between yous and me though, I never met a pizza I didn't like.

Let's do it! I've only met one I didn't like. It was from the pizza place around the block from me. It was all wet and soggy and smelled like fish.

Is there good pizza in England, Henry? I didn't really think of pizza as something Brits eat much of, am I way off? Do you guys put treacle and mushy peas and bangers and mash on your pizzas? Canadians eat a lot of pizza, I'd say. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure we invented it too, like the internet and rock'n'roll and chocolate.

So tell me, Jero, you're going to take tortellini noodle thingies and then stick 'em on a pizza? I could work with that!

One of my favorite pizza places ever was in Amherst, MA back when I was in college - Antonio's. They had a killer tortellini pizza! It was a pesto-based pizza, with tri-color cheese tortellini on top. Sooooooooooooooo good.

I was greatly pleased when Antonio's opened a location here on the east side of Providence, just ten minutes away from my house. Hmmm... I haven't been for a while: maybe I'll go this weekend!

Oh, and one of my favorites of theirs is a chicken quesadilla pizza - a white pizza base, with chicken, marinated/sauteed red onions, avacado, black beans AND TORTILLA CHIPS ON TOP, all drizzled with queso fresco. SO GOOD!

Yeah, the really big, really thin slices are big over here. I actually only have a Papa Johns, Dominos and one other place in my neighborhood, but I've been to places downtown or in Brooklyn and had slices the size of my head.

I stopped by this place in New Hampshire once that made white pizzas with this mix of mozzarella and alfredo sauce. Single best cheese pizza evar. So I'm thinking that this tortellini pizza everyone keeps talking about is just begging to be made like that.

I don't do white sauce pizzas.. or chicken on pizzas... Tanya likes that style though. One of the things I like the most about pizzas is the pizza sauce.. it gives me heartburn like crazy but I'd still eat it every day if I could. I think I could do a pesto based pizza though, I can work with that!

So FS, you gotta go downtown or to Brooklyn to get a big slice of New York pizza, hey? You're gonna have to show us around when we visit your city in the hopefully not too distant future!
