You say it like you're disappointed in this. This board fucking rocks.

this is me from this weekend,
May stay like this for a bit
Routing
Tone Reaper- Pitch Factor- Source Audio Poly Phase Filter-Dirge Comp-Echobox-RV5-Dirty Bomb-Dunlop Volume-Malekko Lofi-Supernatural (Digiech is sending me more rubber things this week) Slicer-Time Bender
Power is all nicely underneath (ISO-5 and a Joyo and the Digitech Wart)
Need a few cables to tidy it up (used some long ones that I had laying around)

Got all the sounds I needed, plus some I didn't need

If I can move the time bender switch closer I may be able to get the randall footswitch on here which would be killer.
Used my First Act Amp yesterday so that footswitch is much bigger, when I use the randall the dirty bomb will probably get subbed out for a less agressive drive or another fuzz (probably fuzz!)

Sweet dude! Looks like a lot of fun.

Mine hasn't changed. Although I did get a better picture of it. Gigged with it for the first time this past weekend after getting it set up properly. Digging the amount of sounds I can get from it.

Check the Cooper FX forum here, he should still have some available. It's an absolutely wonderful pedal and I'm going to take a second to whore it out because I love the video I did with it here:

Very nice dude. What is the Dirge on the far right on the top? Also the Klone, are they really worth the hype and the high price the OG units sell for?

Far right is a junction box to keep things super simple. It's a buffer, splitter, amp switch, killswitch/mute. My guitar plugs into it and goes to the buffer, and then to the killswitch (right), and from the killswitch goes to the effect output to the board. Then it goes through the chain and when it gets to the Timeline, both outputs plug into the side of the box and then are routed to the top, so I can plug into 1 or 2 amps. The left switch is an amp channel switch for my Science. There is also a tuner output on the top!

About the Klone- I built it to be a smartass, but I actually end up using it quite a bit. I modded mine to be a bit more full range/better sweep on the treble knob than a stock Klon. I use it as a boost more than an overdrive, the left-most knob is gain and it's set to minimum. The volume is pretty cranked, and I've got a considerable amount of treble on the treble control added in. It drives my amp really, really well, and drives tubes in general really, really well. It doesn't sound half bad as an actual overdrive, I just don't use it for that. Makes single coils sound a bit beefier. I don't use it a whole lot with my yellow EGC that has Humbuckers in it as those humbuckers are so loud that it doesn't do much/kinda makes the guitar sound blocky. But with my white EGC, my Jazzmaster, and the King Buzzo EGC that I just got, it works great.

Do I think it would be worth the money for an original? Not personally. I've played both of Chankgeez originals alongside this one and while they were awesome (and really do make anything sound great), spending the type of money that they go for now is just silly. It's a pedal. I had a KTR for about a week (sold it to pay off something else), which was awesome as well, and seemed to have even MORE volume on tap somehow.

Yeah, I wouldn't pay current market prices for a Klon.

Skully's appraisal is spot on. I've been using a ARC Klone and (while it doesn't sound exactly like an original Centaur) it still sounds pretty great. Nowadays there're lots of pedals that'll get you close to what a Klon does. The Klone skully built sounds fantastic. :)*

Yeah skully, I also built a Klone to be a fucker and it is the longest lasting dirt pedal in my rig. DAT buffer doe! But yeah, mine has so god damn much volume on tap. If I turn it up to 9 o clock it is already louder than all my other dirts, even with their volumes cranked. That reminds me that I need to dig inside of it and swap out that pot. Fuck I should probably clean up the wiring too. That thing is a damn mess on the inside.

Built it to be a smartarse, I've done exactly the same thing. I built a clone of a Warmpler Euphoria which is supposed to be a Dumble amp in a pedal. It was built as an ILF joke because I called it the Cocksniffer. In reality the joke was on me. It's a really nice boost/overdrive/distortion pedal. Cant fault it in any way. Very versatile pedal and sounds so nice that it will always have a home on my board.

Yeah, that's the thing, people make fun of stuff they don't understand.

There was a time not to long ago that I would disrespect Boss pedals. Now there is actually a few I wouldn't mind trying out. The FZ2, the HM2 and the TR2. Funny how things change. But those enclosures I just can't bring myself to love. :barf:
