hahaha thank you for the mojo. At least they still ring out very nicely in the tracks. but I'll be upgrading soon. I have to stop looking at amps and get to business of cymbals.

And thank you very much I'm very pleased how it all flowed out. ditto thanks to you Heavy. Recording always takes much longer than one will ever anticipate unless you are doing everything and know everything solidly. hell even then it takes a bit longer.

Trey that sucks hard man. Hope you guys don't have to battle your insurance for anything. Good to hear everyone is alright, though.

SLK, that was a cool track. Which project it that for?

Trey, that sucks. Something similar happen you'd a few years ago. A pinhole leak strung from a corroded spot under the bathroom sink. Woke up to the floor covered in water and went downstairs and there was a long, narrow stain on the ceiling. Luckily no major damaged. Just had to use some up shot on the stain and re popcorn that strip.

It's been a real shit sandwich of a day so far, but at least we have a two story home so all the gear is safe and we have a place to escape the drying fans and dehumidifiers.

Dude.......not awesome. Mojo sent.

Saluda Cymbals, man. I've had two drummers who went from being the kind of ridiculous hard hitting animals who were breaking a cymbal every show or every couple shows to NEVER breaking cymbals. The drummer in my last band switched to them before we started touring and his entire setup made it through like 90-100 dates consecutively without even a crack. Can't recommend them enough. On top of that, they sound absolutely killer.

Saluda also has a program where you can get insurance on any brand for 10 years and if it breaks they will replace it with one of theirs thats comparable to what you have. Pretty cheap too. I've got a 6" bell from them and its pretty high quality for the price. Definitely wanna get some crashes soon.

Mojo sent for the pipes, Trey. We had to replace our kitchen floor a year or so ago because our water heater burst. Fucking sucked.

That kit looks fun to play. Swing your arms and you hit something, but no crazy overlapping shit where a cymbal is covering 2/3 of a tom or anything like that.

This.

Also, has anyone gotten to play the EQD Tentacle yet?

Looking to replace my GGG Green ringer kit soon and this seems like it would do the job solidly. Anyone?

Thanks for the mojo everyone. It's not been too bad so far, but we couldn't take the noise of the fans and the dryness in the house from the dehumidifiers, so we are in a hotel this evening. The quiet is amazing.

Billy - the Tentacle is supposed to be a Green Ringer, iirc, so it should be a solid replacement.
