Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Many thanks! I have a Fat Fuzz Factory and a Basic Audio Alter Destiny on the way, so I'm gonna have to maybe drop one or two things to get some more dirt in there. Not sure what I'd remove though as I'm loving everything on there at the moment.
Oh and I have a Walrus Audio Bellwether to replace the Memory Man, but the fucking thing has a HUGE popping noise when I engage the bypass. Seems like other people have had this problem but Walrus Audio are taking their sweet time to get back to me on sorting it out. ARGH

With a little bit of thought and some pedalboard Tetris you should be able to squeeze on a couple more.

True, there's room on the top left for some more if I compress the delays abit and maybe shift the power supply.

Strange thing with the Bluesbreaker is that it was one of the first pedals I ever purchased. I got it for about £50 and only got it cos I thought "Well Jonny Greenwood has a Shredmaster, I don't like shred, so what about this thing with bluetext instead?". Literally that was the logic. Then John Failyer started using one and boom, they're now worth £180. I wouldn't have treated mine like shit for 10 years if I knew that. Ah well. But yeah, you're right, I'll probably replace the Small Stone and BB with the FF and AD. Any good overdrive recommendations? I love the look at the SS/BS MINI, but YouTube is lacking in any decent demo clips.
Agreed on the Bellwether. Given it's cost, the hype train has shit out pretty hard. I'll be angry if there's a V2 in a couple of months.

Mini's just fucking kick arse man. For real. I have never turned mine on and questioned it. One of the few cnstants on my board over the last while along with my warped vinyl and maude.
Also, the lower gain stuff on the soothsayer rocks. Have you trued switchin it to low gain mode? Might do what you need once you have the other two dirts.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I've not tried it! I actually forgot about it until I watched a random YouTube video the other night.
That's a good idea, I can use the Soothsayer as my primary drive.
My setup at the moment is to use the Bluesbreaker to push my Twin Reverb, then currently I'm only really using the
Soothsayer to get instant Sonic Youth style feedback when it's stacked with the BB. It's very very high output in the middle position,
so I really need to work with it more.
Cheers on the Mini recommendation. I'll have a look to see if there's any knocking around in the UK

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Most YouTube demos are crap, I use it as a rough guide to check the tweak ability range of a pedal. Ultimately there is only one way to see if a pedal is right for you, and that is to buy it and try it through your rig with your guitars.
I live hours away from the nearest music store so I have to use that method.
I don't own a Mini, but that said I've never heard a bad word said about it. Same with all of SS/BS pedals. Go for it, you shouldn't have any trouble flipping it if you don't like it.

Mini is my only constant pedal. It has survived numerous pedal purges and is sometimes the only pedal on my board. Highly recommended. Fuck overdrive is great too. I really want both.

How does it sound on bass? I've been tempted to get it for a while now to use on guitar, but It'd probably seal the deal if I could use it on bass too.

Good question, I still am not quite sure what the superego even does
main difference is the Ego has an effects loop and a Trigger When You Play mode. effects loop is neat, Trigger mode is SO GOOD. wouldn't use it without it.

I've never owned any of those pedals, but I'd love to try them all. Sick board!
